🚚 Transportation Regulations – VietNam Fruit
To ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and export safety, VietNam Fruit applies the following transportation regulations:

1️⃣ Modes of Transportation
Sea freight (refrigerated containers / dry containers) – applied to large-volume export orders
Air freight – applied to premium fresh products requiring fast delivery
Domestic road / coastal sea transport – from growing areas to packing facilities or ports

2️⃣ Delivery Terms (Incoterms)
VietNam Fruit carries out transportation under commonly used Incoterms, including:
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP
Specific terms are agreed upon and stipulated in the export contract.

3️⃣ Packaging & Preservation Regulations
Packaging complies with export standards and the requirements of each target market
Use of cartons, trays, pallets, and environmentally friendly packaging materials
Application of the cold chain for fresh fruits to maintain freshness and quality

4️⃣ Delivery Time & Schedule
Delivery schedules are confirmed after:
Completion of payment/deposit in accordance with the contract
Agreement on product type, quantity, and specifications
Transportation time may be affected by:
Weather conditions and vessel/flight schedules
Customs or quarantine regulations of the importing country

5️⃣ Responsibilities & Risks
Transportation responsibilities are defined based on the agreed Incoterms
VietNam Fruit is not responsible for:
Risks arising after the transfer of responsibility point
Losses caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, policy changes, etc.)

6️⃣ Transportation Documents
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Packing List, Commercial Invoice
Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin (C/O), and other documents required by the importing market

7️⃣ General Principles
Priority is given to safety, timeliness, and product quality preservation
Any changes in transportation method or schedule must be confirmed in writing
